Maharishi Vidya Mandir National Residential School powered by Amet University is seeking a visionary and dynamic Principal to lead our upcoming National Residential School.

We are looking for an inspiring academic leader who combines excellence in education with strong administrative capabilities and is committed to nurturing holistic student development aligned with the ethos of Maharishi Vidya Mandir.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the school

• Build a culture of innovation, discipline, and holistic education

• Oversee faculty recruitment, training, and performance management

• Establish strong academic and industry collaborations

• Ensure compliance with CBSE and educational board standards

• Engage parents and community stakeholders in the school’s vision

Candidate Profile

• Postgraduate degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. (Ph.D. preferred)

• 10–15 years of teaching/administrative experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Strong communication, organizational, and people management skills

• Proven track record in academic excellence and student development

• Passion for residential schooling and holistic education
