Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Primary School Teacher located in Bhagalpur, Bihar. The teacher will be responsible for admission campaigning, developing and delivering age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and ensuring effective learning outcomes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring student progress, communicating with parents or guardians, and contributing to the improvement of the school's teaching practices. Teachers are expected to inspire curiosity in students and support their holistic development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Teaching methods and a strong background in Elementary Education
• Experience in Curriculum Development and implementation
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Written and Spoken English
• Bachelor's degree (required); D.El.Ed/B.Ed (preferred)
• Prior experience in primary or elementary teaching (preferred but not required)
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
