We are actively looking for an experienced Pricing Specialist to mastermind our air and sea freight pricing strategies. This is a key leadership role where you will be the architect of our competitive advantage, directly impacting our growth in international markets. What You'll Do: ? Develop and manage competitive pricing models for air and sea freight on key global routes (Germany, China, Dubai, etc.). ? Analyze market trends, carrier rates, and competitor strategies to formulate winning pricing strategies. ? Negotiate and secure competitive contracts with airlines and shipping lines. ? Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. ? Prepare and present pricing reports and insights to the leadership team. Who We're Looking For: ? A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in air and sea freight pricing within the logistics industry. ? Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; experience with pricing software is a plus. ? Excellent negotiation and communication skills. ?
