Job Description
- Carry out Press operation for forging of jobs
- - Manage shift activities and complete assigned tasks
- - Ensure safety of associates & equipment health
- - Maintain record of forging operation & job dimension
- - Carry out TBT
- - Co-ordinate with Maintenance for Preventive maintenance planning or breakdown of equipment
- - Co-ordinate with EDRC for document related issues
- - Co-ordinate with Fettling & HT shop for subsequent activities
- - Carry out TPM of Press & Manipulator
- - Discard Loading & Shifting to SMS
- - Scanning & uploading of documents in common folder
- - Scanning & uploading of documents in online Traveller system
- - ERP Punching (Machine Hours, Scrap Generation, Project Closing, Tool & Furnace Support Life)
- Location - Hazira , Surat
- Qulification - Diploma, BE, BTech (Mechanical, Production)
