The President of Kings Hammer shall perform such duties as customarily performed by a President and serves as the visionary leader for the organization. This role is responsible for setting and executing the long-term strategic direction, ensuring sustainable growth, and maintaining the company’s culture of excellence, trust, respect, teamwork, and financial responsibility. The President oversees all aspects of the organization, including operations, financial performance, brand development, partnership and stakeholder relationships, while driving innovation and positioning Kings Hammer as the premier club and events company globally.
Primary Responsibilities Include

This role is responsible for setting and executing the long-term strategic direction, ensuring sustainable growth, and maintaining the company’s culture of excellence, trust, respect, teamwork, and financial responsibility. The President oversees all aspects of the organization, including operations, financial performance, brand development, partnership and stakeholder relationships, while driving innovation and positioning Kings Hammer as the premier club and events company globally.
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Develop strategic plans, organizational structures, policies, systems, and all elements necessary to manage and lead and to grow the organization.
- Be accountable for all the operations, financial performance, and methods.
- Define and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and long-term financial goals of the investor’s ownership.
- Ensure alignment of all business units with organizational financial objectives and values.
- Develop and approve multi-year strategic plans (i.e. 3-year, 5-year) for growth and expansion across designated regions and markets.
- Report to and collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and risk management. Interface with the board of directors as may be directed and appropriate.
- Establish and enforce corporate governance standards, compliance, and ethical practices.
- In conjunction with Corporex, drive mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and diversification strategies to expand Kings Hammer’s footprint nationally and internationally.
- Oversee research and analysis of market trends, population growth, and competitive opportunities to inform expansion decisions.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility, profitability, and sustainability through effective budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Recommend major capital investments, including development of land, complexes and property operations to CEO.
- Champion Kings Hammer’s values and culture across all levels of the organization.
- Promote innovation in (soccer) club programming, events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with associations, municipalities, vendors, and key partners.
- Negotiate leases in various fields, working to secure more high-quality fields at attractive pricing and terms.
- Represent Kings Hammer in high-level negotiations, sponsorships, and public engagements.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top executive talent to ensure operational excellence and organizational growth.
- Cause the formation of the proposed King Hammer Development and Construction Management, and ongoing Facilities Operations Management Services format to promote to various municipalities who are interested in adding a major soccer or sports center in their communities.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree at college or university.
- 10+ years of proven experience as President or senior executive. Experience in sports, entertainment, or related industries a plus.
- Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and operational leadership skills.
- Exceptional ability to build partnerships and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Visionary mindset with a leadership track record of driving growth and innovation in an evolving and complex business.
