Job Description

We are hiring a Presentation & Visual Designer to shape how the company communicates complex ideas visually. This role focuses on executive‑level storytelling, business clarity, and high‑impact visuals that influence decisions across sales, product, and leadership audiences.

 

• Design executive‑level PowerPoint decks for sales, customers, partners, and investors.
  
  

 

• Create business visuals (process flows, system diagrams, frameworks, data visuals).
  
  

 

• Structure presentations so they tell a clear business story, not just polished slides.
  
  

 

• Build and maintain templates for decks, one‑pagers, and internal materials.
  
  

 

• Support broader brand and office design needs as required.

Skills And Requirements

• Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, typography).
  
  

 

• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
  
  

 

• Experience designing for executive and business audiences.
  
  

 

• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive visuals.
  
  

 

• Strong business understanding (strategy, metrics, workflows).
  
  

 

• Comfort working directly with leadership, product, and GTM teams.
• Background in business, consulting, finance, or startups.
  
  

 

• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  
  

 

• Exposure to web design or product UI.
  
  

 

• Familiarity with design systems or Webflow.
