We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Solution Associate who can bridge client
requirements with effective learning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong
understanding of enterprise learning, instructional design, and technology domains while
working closely with sales, trainers, content teams, and project managers to deliver winning
learning proposals.
Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Solution Associate, you will work alongside the Enterprise Sales team to
understand client learning requirements and design customized training solutions that address
business objectives. You will be responsible for curriculum design, learning solutioning, proposal
development, trainer coordination, LMS readiness, and supporting successful program
execution.
This role requires a blend of technical understanding, instructional design expertise, stakeholder
management, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Client Requirement Analysis & Solutioning
- Participate in discovery meetings with enterprise clients alongside the Sales team to
requirements.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions aligned with
- Design customized learning journeys, certification pathways, and capability-building
- Present proposed learning solutions and training approaches during client discussions.
- Develop customized curricula based on client requirements across various technology
- Define learning objectives, program outcomes, delivery methodology, hands-on labs,
- Recommend appropriate pedagogy including instructor-led training, virtual learning,

- Continuously refine curricula based on client feedback, technology updates, and industry
Proposal Development
- Prepare high-quality technical proposals, solution documents, approach notes, and

- Evaluate and review trainer profiles before sharing them with clients.

- Coordinate with trainers during curriculum finalization and program preparation.
- Coordinate LMS setup for training programs.
- Ensure timely upload of course content, learning resources, assessments, assignments,

- Work closely with Project Managers throughout the training lifecycle.
- Support curriculum revisions based on evolving client requirements.
- Coordinate assessments, assignments, certifications, and program documentation.
- Gather and address client feedback to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Delivery, Trainers, Content, and Project Management
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely program launch and successful
- Stay updated on Edureka's portfolio of enterprise learning solutions and emerging
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business,
- 2–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Learning Solutioning, Instructional Design,
- Experience designing enterprise learning solutions for technology-focused training
Required Skills
Domain Knowledge
- Good understanding of enterprise technology domains such as AI, Data Science, Cloud
Development.
- Familiarity with enterprise upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
- Ability to map business requirements into effective learning journeys.
- Understanding of learning methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent proposal-writing and documentation skills.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders during requirement discussions.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot,
