Presales Solutions Architect

About The Role

This is a highly technical sales role. You will act as the technical co-pilot for our Account Executives during complex enterprise pitches.

You will translate high-level business problems into concrete software architectures, building trust with the client's CTO/Engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales Directors on high-value enterprise deals to provide deep technical expertise.
• Conduct technical discovery workshops with prospective clients to uncover their true infrastructure and software needs.
• Design high-level system architectures, cloud topologies, and data flow diagrams for proposed solutions.
• Author the technical sections of proposals, RFPs, and Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
• Build and deliver custom Proof of Concepts (PoCs) or technical product demonstrations.
• Act as the seamless handover bridge between the sales team and the project delivery/engineering team.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience, ideally transitioning from a Senior Software Engineer/Architect role into Presales/Client-facing work.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and modern web frameworks.
• Incredible ability to explain highly complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Experience writing detailed technical specifications and SOWs.
• High emotional intelligence and a natural consultative approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel for critical in-person client workshops.
