Presales Consultant ? ERP & CRM Integration ?? Location: Chennai ?? Company: Broadband Services Provider ?? Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Presales Consultant to lead solution design and presales activities for Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics ERP , and Salesforce CRM integration . You will work closely with business teams, technical teams, and external partners to deliver unified, scalable, and seamless business solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across broadband operations (Vendor Management, Procurement, Planning, etc.) Prepare and deliver solution presentations , product demonstrations, and presales documentation Support Business Central / Dynamics ERP functional design (Vendor Master, procurement workflows, operational processes) Define Salesforce CRM integration points, data flow, and mapping with technical teams Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure solution alignment Assist in RFP responses , estimations, and proposal creation Provide end-to-end presales support to drive solution adoption and successful deal closures Required Skills Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics 365 ERP Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and integration models Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and operational workflows Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
