Prepress Officer / Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Prepress Coordinator who has a strong understanding of print production, colour management, and artwork preparation. If you have experience in prepress workflows and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we’d love to connect with you.

✅ Review and prepare artwork files for print production

✅ Perform preflight checks, colour correction & imposition

✅ Coordinate with clients, designers, and production teams

✅ Ensure print quality standards, bleeds, dimensions & colour profiles

✅ Generate proofs and support smooth production workflows

✅ Troubleshoot prepress and printing issues efficiently

✔ 2+ years of experience in prepress / printing / packaging industry

✔ Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign

✔ Strong understanding of CMYK, trapping, bleeds & print processes

✔ Experience with offset, digital, or large-format printing

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
