Role Description This is a full-time Pre-sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Pre-sales Executive will respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients interested in residential interior projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting MOI Homes’ services and design approach, coordinating introductory meetings, and supporting the creation of proposals and estimates. The Pre-sales Executive will collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure accurate information is shared, manage CRM or lead-tracking tools, and prepare concise reports on pipeline status and conversion metrics. The role also includes maintaining a professional brand presence in client interactions, gathering feedback from prospects, and helping improve pre-sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and explain services clearly to prospective clients.
- Sales and pre-sales skills, including lead qualification, pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and basic negotiation capabilities.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to handle inquiries professionally, manage expectations, and support a positive client experience.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency with CRM or lead-tracking tools, email and phone communication, and basic reporting in spreadsheets or documents.
- Interest in residential interiors, architecture, or design, with the ability to understand project briefs and communicate design-led solutions in simple terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or client-facing roles.
- Ability to work effectively in Hyderabad, manage time independently, and coordinate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in real estate, interiors, home improvement, or related sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
