Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, explaining course offerings, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into enrollments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Explain course details, career outcomes, and program benefits.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Qualify leads and schedule counselling/demo sessions with the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion.
  • Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead conversion targets.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong lead handling and follow-up ability
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good interpersonal and counselling skills


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / EdTech / Telecalling (Freshers with good communication can apply) Compensation & Benefits
