Job Title: Pre-Sales Tele-Calling Executive Experience: 1?3 years Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Tele-Calling Executives to join our Pre-Sales team at On2Cook India Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, engaging with qualified leads generated through our Performance Marketing team (Meta & Instagram) and setting up demos for the Sales team. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Engage with prospective customers, introducing On2Cook?s groundbreaking products. Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and build strong relationships. Scheduling Demos: Secure appointments for the Sales team with qualified prospects. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on On2Cook?s product offerings, industry trends, and competitors. CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed calling and demo conversion goals. Qualifications and Skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor?s degree is a plus. 1?3 years of experience in tele-calling, telemarketing, or pre-sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer orientation and basic sales acumen. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
