Pre Post Sales Trainer

The Pre Post Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, supporting both sales teams and clients in understanding DexLabs AI’s offerings. This full-time, on-site role based in India involves designing and implementing training programs, preparing educational materials, and facilitating sessions for effective knowledge transfer. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to improve sales enablement and provide post-sales training to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction among educational partners.

• Strong Presentation Skills, with the ability to deliver clear and engaging training sessions
• Experience in Sales Trainings and proficiency in Training & Development processes
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer Service experience, with a focus on client engagement and satisfaction
• Proven ability to collaborate with teams and drive successful outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with AI and education technology is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions
