We are looking for a high-energy, multifaceted Practice Manager & Clinical Coordinator to join our team. If

The Role

• This is a unique, dynamic hybrid role designed for someone who thrives when wearing multiple hats.
• You will be the welcoming face of the practice, the operational engine running our day-to-day, and a key player in both clinical care and strategic marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities

• The Patient Experience (Front Desk): Greet members, manage high-touch phone and email
• communications, manage scheduling, and maintain a polished, boutique luxury-style office environment.
• Practice Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory/supplies, handle billing coordination, and ensure exceptionally smooth patient workflows.
• Clinical Support (Phlebotomy): Perform comfortable, precise blood draws and specimen processing for advanced functional medicine specialty labs.
• Growth & Marketing: Partner directly with the physician to drive practice growth. Help manage our social media presence, coordinate local community marketing outreach, and nurture prospective patient inquiries.

Who You Are

• An Experienced Professional: You possess previous experience working in a holistic/integrative medicine practice, functional medicine clinic, or a high-end MedSpa. You instinctively understand the mindset of patients seeking premium, elective healthcare.
• A Certified Phlebotomist: You hold an active phlebotomy certification with strong, confident, and comfortable blood-draw skills.
• A "Go-Getter" with Initiative: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You naturally see a need, take the lead, and solve problems creatively.
• Growth-Minded: You aren't just looking for a standard job—you want a long-term career. You have a strong desire to scale alongside the practice, step into higher leadership roles, and increase your earning potential over time.
• Tech & Marketing Savvy: You feel right at home with modern electronic medical records (EMR) systems, Canva, social media content platforms, and basic digital marketing concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical office management or luxury wellness/MedSpa administration.
• Active Phlebotomy Certification (CPT) required.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A genuine passion for holistic health, wellness, and functional medicine.
