We’re looking for a Google Ads Strategist who understands that AI doesn’t replace strategy—it amplifies it. You’ll work across Search, Demand Gen, and Performance Max

This is a role, built for people who enjoy deep work, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Own

• Design and scale Search, Demand Gen, and Performance Max campaigns
• Guide Google’s automation through clean data, strong signals, and strategic constraints
• Structure accounts to help machine learning learn faster (conversion quality > volume)
• Define audience signals, asset strategies, and creative inputs for Demand Gen & PMax
• Actively manage spend, exclusions, and inefficiencies—AI still needs supervision
• Use performance data to test hypotheses, not just report numbers
• Continuously experiment with new features, betas, and AI-powered workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, PMax)
• Strong understanding of how Google’s AI & bidding algorithms actually work
• Experience working with conversion modeling, value-based bidding, and attribution
• Comfort using AI tools for analysis, ad copy ideation, and experimentation
• Ability to balance automation with human judgment
• Willingness to work onsite from our Chennai office

Nice to Have

• Experience handling international or high-budget accounts
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing analysis or creative testing
• Strong grasp of GA4, GTM, and data-driven decision making (we have data analyst to help you)
• Agency experience with performance accountability
