Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PPC Executive with strong expertise in paid advertising, social media strategy, and campaign optimisation. This role focuses on driving measurable growth through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns, while collaborating closely with content, design, and product teams.
SEO experience is not a priority—we are looking for someone who excels in performance-focused, data-driven advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Develop paid social strategies aligned with broader marketing goals and content calendars.
Build full-funnel campaign strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Conduct audience segmentation, create and optimize custom & lookalike audiences.
Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, pacing, and reporting on CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and other performance KPIs.
Continuously test ad creatives, messaging, formats, and targeting strategies.
Work with social media and creative teams to align paid and organic strategies.
Analyze performance data, generate insights, and provide frequent reporting to leadership.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with proven ROI.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with campaign scaling, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and attribution models.
Experience in social media planning and campaign-led content coordination.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Comfortable managing medium to large budgets.
Bonus (Nice to Have)
Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms.
Experience in building dashboards or using tools like Looker Studio, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
Experience working with creative teams or agencies.
