TITLE: PPC Executive DEPARTMENT: Digital Marketing LOCATION: Ahmedabad Experience: 2 Years minimum Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in digital marketing strategies and a desire to learn and grow in the field. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including social media, content creation, SEO, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: ? Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. ? Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases. ? Develop compelling ad copy and engaging visuals to attract target audiences. ? A/B test ad variations to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. ? Monitor and manage daily and monthly budgets to maximize ROI. ? Adjust bids and budgets based on campaign performance and market trends. ? Analyse campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and cost-per-click (CPC). ? Prepare detailed reports and insights to inform future strategies. ? Define and refine target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviours. ? Utilize remarketing strategies to re-engage past visitors. ? Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals. ? Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging. ? Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads) interfaces and features. ? Familiarity with tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Meta business, Dev360 . ? Experience with Google Analytics, Meta business and conversion tracking to measure campaign success. ? Understanding of various bidding strategies (CPC, CPM, CPA) and budget allocation techniques. ? Knowledge of advertising policies for Google and Meta to ensure compliance. Personal attributes: The successful candidate must have excellent fundamental digital marketing basics and interpersonal skills. Excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with the ability to adapt to change quickly. A teamwork attitude, willing to take on extra tasks and see them through. Acute attention to detail and problem-solving SEO skills are also necessary attributes for the role. Education and Qualification: ? Bachelor's/Master degree in computer science, Marketing, or related field. ? Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools. ? Familiarity with Google Adwords, Meta business, Bing Adwords, Dev 360 and content management systems, Canva and other designing tools is a plus. ?
