Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into Power BI solutions.
Design intuitive, interactive dashboards with strong data storytelling and visualization.
Build and optimize scalable data models using Star Schema design principles.
Develop advanced DAX measures and perform data transformation using Power Query (M).
Optimize report performance for efficient data processing and user experience.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and ensure data governance standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and delivery.
Mentor junior team members and drive BI best practices.

Requirements

10+ years of BI experience with expertise in the Power BI ecosystem.
Advanced skills in SQL, DAX, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Service.
Strong visualization and dashboard design skills with business storytelling ability.
Experience with tools like DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, and SQL Server.
Strong business acumen to define KPIs and analytical solutions.
Excellent communication skills to engage and influence non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
