Job description Location: Chennai, Client Office Period of Contract: 6 Months but Extendable upto 2 Years based on Performance Roles & responsibilities Benchmark electrical models using PSCAD, PF, PSSE, TSAT, and EMTP. Verify simulation results against internal design data. Electrical models benchmarking (typically in PSCAD, PF, PSSE, TSAT, EMTP) and verification against internal design data results. Ability to prepare simulation set-ups, test cases and associated parameters, and produce verification documents showcasing adherence with acceptance criteria defined or specific regulations performance criteria. Produce verification documents to demonstrate compliance with acceptance criteria and regulatory standards. Validate models according to international/local standards or via test bench verification/validation. Preferred candidate profile Basic knowledge of power systems and electrical simulations or strong willingness to learn. Familiarity with tools such as PSCAD, PF, PSSE, TSAT, EMTP (academic or industry exposure). Understanding of control functions (active power, frequency, voltage, FRT, POD). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to document results clearly and systematically. Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional?teams. We are not looking for somebody with real experience in this field, but somebody with typically an electrical engineering background, who has already heard about these topics, is eager to learn and capable of helping himself (the pace in the project is high, the documentation is limited Role:?
