Your team You will be joining the Low-Code Team, part of the ICT Core department. The team is dedicated to providing a self-service platform that empowers everyone at Vanderlande to boost their productivity. By automating processes and fostering innovation on the Microsoft Power Platform, we aim to enhance business process efficiency. Additionally, the team develops scalable, business-driven enterprise solutions to improve internal processes across multiple domains. These solutions are utilized by various departments, enabling business agility through secure and innovative solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. Your role As a Lead Developer you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio and Dataverse, as well as strong leadership skills. You will work closely with the Product Owner, Product Architect, and Scrum Master to ensure the team delivers high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions. You?ll also play a key role in mentoring developers, improving DevOps practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
