Power Platform Developer (Power Pages + Power Automate)

Job Title: Power Platform Developer Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Experience Required: 6?7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with strong expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and optimizing CRM and Power Platform solutions, as well as working in deployment and environment management. Experience with AI Copilot and Microsoft?s low-code ecosystem is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, and Plugins). Build and customize Power Pages including site configuration, security, integration, and performance tuning. Automate business processes using Power Automate (Cloud flows, process automation, connectors). Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM including entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles. Implement AI Copilot features into Power Apps and CRM where applicable. Manage deployments across Dev / Test / Prod environments and maintain development instances. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM and Power Platform applications. Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical designs. Required Skills & Experience: 6?7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform . Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Plugins). Solid experience with Power Pages development and administration. Good understanding of Power Automate workflows and automation patterns. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM customization and functional concepts. Experience working with AI Copilot and Microsoft Low-Code AI tools. Experience in environment management, deployments, and solutions packaging. Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications. Strong understanding of CRM security roles and permission models.
