Power Platform Developer - Power Bi and SQL - Ahmedabad - Work from office

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Expert to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade automation and business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. In this role, you will:

¦ Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

¦ Build robust low-code / pro-code applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).

• ¦ Integrate enterprise systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Azure service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Power Platform Development

¦ Design and develop applications using Power Apps – both Canvas and Model-Driven apps.

¦ Build scalable, maintainable solutions leveraging Microsoft Dataverse as the backend.

¦ Customize UI/UX for enterprise-grade usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.

¦ Apply component frameworks and reusable patterns to ensure development efficiency.

2. Workflow Automation (Power Automate & RPA)

¦ Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Scheduled Flows).

¦ Develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Power Automate Desktop Flows for legacy and manual processes.

¦ Identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes end-to-end.

¦ Implement exception handling, error logging, and monitoring for critical flows.

3. Data & Analytics (Power BI)

¦ Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

¦ Create robust data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns for deep analytics.

¦ Enable real-time and near-real-time insights by connecting to various data sources.

¦ Design self-service BI solutions empowering business users to make data-driven decisions.

4. Integration & Enterprise Systems

¦ Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations).

¦ Connect with SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises for document management and collaboration.

¦ Utilize Azure Services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.

¦ Build custom connectors and API integrations with external ERP, CRM, and SaaS platforms.

¦ Consume REST and OData APIs; handle authentication using OAuth, API Keys, and Azure AD.

5. Solution Design & Architecture

¦ Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and architectures.

¦ Define governance policies, environment strategies, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.

¦ Design reusable components, templates, and frameworks to accelerate future delivery.

¦ Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy standards.

6. Maintenance, Optimization & Quality

¦ Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and failures in apps and flows.

¦ Optimize solutions for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

¦ Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and version control practices.

¦ Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

7. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

¦ Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements.

¦ Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices to team members.

¦ Conduct solution demos, user training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

¦ Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
