As Power Platform Developer at Kyndryl - professional who uses Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement solutions that automate business processes, enhance user experience, and integrate data sources. Power Platform Developer works with various components of Power Platform, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, to create custom applications, workflows, dashboards, chatbots, and connectors. Power Platform Developer also leverages the capabilities of Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 to extend and enhance the functionality of Power Platform solutions. you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products. You will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it. Required Technical And Professional Experience 7+ years of experience in Power platform development.5+ years hands on experience in developing and implementing Power platform complete solutions, Hands -on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure services (e.g., Entra ID, Azure Storage, Azure AI), and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Experience designing and implementing business process automation, custom canvas and model-driven apps, and virtual agent solutions. Basic programming or scripting experience (JavaScript, Power Fx, or C# preferred). Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices including solution packaging, versioning, and deployment using tools like Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines. Understanding of REST APIs, custom connectors, and integration with third-party systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or ServiceNow. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing Power Platform solutions using built-in analytics and monitoring tools. Ability to create detailed documentation for apps, flows, integrations, and solution architecture. Ensure all solutions are secure by design and compliant with organizational policies and industry regulations. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Experience with other Microsoft products (e.g., Office 365 apps, Teams, Copilot, Loop, Azure) and understanding how they can enhance Power Platform solutions and projects Microsoft Certifications such as PL-100 (Power Platform App Maker), PL-200 (Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Developer), or PL-600 (Solution Architect). Project management - understanding Azure methodology, project lifecycle, SDLC Design - experience building accessible UI/UX Documentation - comfortable documenting user guides, solution designs, building presentations for stakeholders Testing - experience designing testing plans and leading user acceptance testing efforts for Power Platform solutions Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it?s how we think and who we are.
