Job Summary: The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: ? Design & Development: o Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps). o Create workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate. o Design and implement Power BI reports and dashboards as needed. o Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure) and third-party services. Maintenance & Support: ? Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Power Apps solutions. ? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. ? Optimize applications for performance and scalability. Collaboration: ? Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. ? Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to integrate Power Apps with other systems. ? Provide training and support to end-users. Documentation & Compliance: ? Create and maintain technical documentation. ? Ensure solutions comply with company policies, industry standards, and best practices. ? Stay updated with the latest developments in the Power Platform and Microsoft technologies. Required Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). ? 2+ years of experience in Power Apps development. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). ? Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.). ? Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. ? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
