Job Description Job Title: Power Automate Developer (Cloud & Desktop) No. of Candidates Required: 1 Experience Required: 2+ Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Power Automate Developer with over 2 years of hands-on expertise in designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop (RPA) . The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in automation logic, scripting, data manipulation (especially in Excel), and a good understanding of integrating AI capabilities into business workflows. This role involves building scalable and efficient automation flows, connecting business apps (Power Apps, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.), and creating insightful dashboards with Power BI for end-to-end automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy automation flows using Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop (RPA). Analyze manual business processes and identify automation opportunities. Build UI- and API-based bots to automate repetitive desktop and web tasks. Create, customize, and maintain Power Apps to support interactive business solutions. Implement robust Excel automations using Power Automate Desktop and scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.). Integrate flows with Microsoft ecosystem apps like Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, SQL, and others. Monitor flow runs, handle exceptions, and troubleshoot failures. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions. Leverage AI Builder or external AI APIs to infuse intelligence into flows (document extraction, sentiment analysis, etc.). Design and publish reports/dashboards using Power BI for automation monitoring and insights. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience with Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop). Strong knowledge of process automation, workflow optimization, and RPA logic. Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and the broader Power Platform. Proficiency in Excel automation and scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, or JavaScript). Good understanding of AI capabilities (AI Builder, GPT, OCR integration, etc.). Strong debugging and error-handling skills in Power Automate flows. Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
