Notice period : Immediate-30 days Experience: -6yrs-13 yrs Location: Bangalore , Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Coimbatore , Noida We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Copilot Developer to design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered assistants (copilots) that enhance productivity and automate business processes across our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform, enabling seamless conversational AI experiences grounded in enterprise data. Key Responsibilities In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps). Design, build, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet specific business requirements. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse as a core data source and its administration features (security roles, views, forms, dashboards). Experience with Power Automate (Flow) for workflow automation. Manage the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including development, testing, deployment (using solutions and Azure DevOps pipelines), and governance of the Power Platform environment. Develop and deploy AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating them with Microsoft 365 applications like Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365. Design conversational flows and user experiences (UX) for optimal agent interaction using natural language processing (NLP) concepts and prompt engineering. Integrate Copilot solutions with external data sources and systems using Power Automate, custom connectors, and REST APIs, ensuring robust data exchange. Leverage Generative AI capabilities and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground copilot responses in the organization's knowledge base, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify use cases, and translate business needs into technical specifications for AI solutions. Implement security and compliance best practices within Copilot solutions, managing data access and ensuring governance across M365 and AI deployments. Monitor, test, and fine-tune AI models and conversational flows to ensure performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction. Provide technical support and documentation for deployed Copilot solutions, and potentially mentor internal teams on AI adoption. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in automation, AI development, or low-code platforms, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio. Strong understanding of conversational AI design and NLP concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio (topics, entities, variables, actions). Hands-on experience with Power Platform components, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, and related APIs. Experience in building and consuming custom connectors and integrating with REST APIs. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex AI-related issues. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
