Post-Production Specialist | Remote

Position: Lightworks – Post-Production Specialist

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated guidance for Lightworks editing workflows.
• Assess advanced features such as multi-cam editing, console operations, and VFX routing.
• Evaluate export formats, delivery pipelines, and EDL/XML workflow compatibility.
• Test and troubleshoot AI-assisted post-production scenarios and metadata workflows.
• Provide expert feedback on color grading, node-based VFX, and editing techniques.
• Document insights and improvements to enhance AI-driven editing systems.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Lightworks with strong workflow and editing efficiency.
• Deep understanding of professional video production and post-production processes.
• Experience with media management, proxy workflows, and asset organization.
• Knowledge of VFX workflows and color grading techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills for technical post-production challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
