About the Role:- We are seeking passionate and highly experienced PGTs (Post Graduate Teachers) to join our dynamic team. As a PGT at SLPS, you will play a vital role in driving our students' academic success and preparing them for a bright future. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and national standards. Create a student-centered learning environment that caters to 21st-century learner expectations and aspirations. Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full academic potential. Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning outcomes. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote growth. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new curriculum initiatives. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational trends and best practices. Contribute to the school's academic excellence through continuous improvement of teaching-learning practices. Support the implementation of NEP 2020, Skill Development & Capacity Building initiatives. Qualifications: Master's degree in the relevant subject area. B.Ed. degree or equivalent teaching qualification. Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the secondary and senior secondary level. Proven track record of academic excellence and subject matter expertise. In-depth knowledge of industry and higher education requirements for developing life-ready and career-ready learners. Strong administrative skills and a commitment to professional development. Familiarity with CUET/SQAAF/Curriculum Planning & Development principles. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
