Overview

We are seeking a Polyglot- SSE with a deep understanding of modern software development practices and the ability to work across multiple technology stacks. The ideal candidate is technology-agnostic, passionate about building scalable systems, and thrives in fast-paced environments that demand adaptability, creativity, and strong technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade software solutions.
Developed and deliver multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring control over scope, schedule, and effort.
Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
Mentor and guide developers across frontend, backend, and database layers, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
Participate in architectural discussions, technical reviews, and ensure adherence to design principles and best practices.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and deployment automation where applicable.
Troubleshoot complex issues across different technology stacks and environments.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and manage delivery expectations
Drive non-functional requirements (NFRs) including performance, scalability, reliability, and security
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging for complex production issues
Mentor small teams, enforce coding standards, and guide architecture and design decisions.

Required Technical Skills

Core Expertise:

Must be proficient in at least one technology from each of the following categories:
Backend: Java / .NET / Node.js / Python
Frontend: Angular / React / Vue.js
Database: Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MongoDB/MySQL
Cloud Environment: AWS / Azure / GCP

Additional Expectations

Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise development practices.
Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills with attention to performance and scalability.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new languages, frameworks, or platforms as per project needs.
Hands-on experience with commonly used frameworks, libraries, and tools (ORMs, REST APIs, messaging queues, caching layers, etc.).
Exposure to AI/ML concepts.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and DevOps principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and deliver multiple concurrent projects
