Position: PMO (Senior Analyst / PMO Lead) – Technology (GCC)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 7–8 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Head of Technology (GCC)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, outcome-driven PMO professional to partner with the Head of Technology in our GCC. The role will drive portfolio governance, delivery oversight, data-driven reporting, and operating cadence across strategic technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio governance, prioritization, roadmap planning, and capacity management.
• Track program milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Develop executive dashboards and leadership reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Drive data quality and reporting across Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and ROI tracking.
• Coordinate stakeholders across GCC and global teams.
• Manage leadership cadences, reviews, planning sessions, and governance forums.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–8 years of PMO/Program Management experience in technology organizations.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and project governance.
• Understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies and technology landscapes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• GCC experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
• Exposure to financial tracking, benefits realization, and vendor governance.
• Experience creating OKRs, RACI frameworks, and portfolio dashboards.
