Experience 10+ Years Job Summary Managing small to medium teams Collaborate with Senior Leadership to oversee the project delivery status Coordinates closely with Resourcing Managers for project need Responsible from project and account margins Forecasting revenue generation Identifying new opportunities for business growth and creating contractual documents Project management activities that include: Defining roles and responsibilities using a RACI chart, define the Roadmap, Implementing bestpractice tools and processes, monitoring and controlling of each work stream using Agile methodology of software development. Also includes, planned and unplanned changes, risks and issues to ensure rapid delivery and greater predictability Internal and external stakeholder involvement to keep them apprised of progress and address their needs. Proficiently performs the role of a Scrum Master as needed, ensuring Scrum practices are followed, along with generating Scrum metrics and reporting to keep the team running effectively. 8) Performs other workrelated duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum of two years of Project or Program Management experience. Minimum of a year of Scrum Master experience and/or managing using an Agile Development methodology. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings and presenting to large groups. Ability to identify problems, to mediate issues, to develop solutions, and to implement appropriate course of action.
