Role Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated PL/SQL Developer/Oracle Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with talented engineers and business teams to design and implement a multi-tenant system capable of ingesting data from diverse sources in both real-time and batch modes. Your expertise will be crucial in managing large-scale distributed systems and ensuring high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end technology solutions for enterprise risk business, including batch processes, calculation engines, and database modelling.
Collaborate with business users to analyze requirements and propose optimal technology solutions.
Conduct system analysis, write high-level and low-level design documents, and estimate work for new tasks.
Manage data movement within a data warehouse environment, focusing on complex computations.
Work closely with offshore teams to deliver projects on time and maintain high quality.
Conduct peer code reviews and collaborate with internal/external teams on data-sourcing projects.

Required Skills

8-10 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, with a strong background in data warehousing.
Proven experience in developing large-scale systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Strong ownership mentality, work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
