Your Role As a Platform Tester , you will be responsible for validating embedded systems and mobile platforms to ensure high-quality performance and reliability. You?ll work closely with development teams to design and execute test cases, identify issues, and contribute to improving product stability and user experience. In this role, you will: Perform functional and system-level testing on embedded platforms and mobile handsets. Design, build, and execute test cases on target devices to validate features and performance. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and provide detailed defect reports. Utilize Linux fundamentals and Android OS architecture knowledge for platform validation. Contribute to automation efforts using scripting languages like Python or Perl. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Communicate findings effectively with stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of issues. Your Profile Experience: Minimum 1?3 years in the Embedded domain with hands-on experience in mobile handset testing. Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals and Android OS architecture. Experience in building and executing test cases on target devices. Good oral and written communication skills. Preferred Skills: Exposure to automation scripting (Python or Perl). Familiarity with embedded testing tools and methodologies. Qualifications: BE/B.Tech in ECE/CSE with 2+ years of experience in a reputed company.
