💼 Role: Plant Production Lead

What You'll Do:
🎯 The Plant Production Lead oversees the production function (cut-and-sew knit operations) in theplant.The role holder will guide and motivate the production team to achieve the set production targets effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include meeting targets for cost, quality, delivery and productivity.Furthermore, the job holderwill beresponsible for executing the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of theorganization.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience leading/heading/managing a production team (cut-and-sew knit operations) of Uniqlo clothing brand
✅ Must be willing to be deployed in India
✅ Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
✅ Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles
✅ Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
✅ Effective communication skills across all levels
