Plant Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields. 

• Position Title: Plant & Operations Manager
• Location: Head Office / Factory / Assigned Region
• Reporting To: Director
• Role Purpose: Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across DC Studio outlets and factories, maintaining hygiene standards, timely service delivery, and compliance with statutory and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of dry cleaning, laundry, upholstery care, and merchandise units.
• Ensure 99.9% hygiene standards and eco‑friendly processes are consistently followed.
• Monitor turnaround times and delivery accuracy across outlets.
• Coordinate with franchise partners to ensure operational compliance.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor operations staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business

Salary: 25,000 to 35,000
