Zenith Synergies specializes in the procurement and trade of non-ferrous metals, serving clients by sourcing raw materials directly from scrapyards across North America and the European Union.

We are now expanding our footprint by setting up a state-of-the-art non-ferrous metal processing facility in the Indore industrial corridor. Our new plant will focus on manufacturing high-quality ADC12 aluminum ingots from mixed scrap (Zorba) and Taint/Tabor. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Plant Manager role based in the Indore region. We are looking for a hands-on leader to take this greenfield project from its construction phase through to commercial production.

The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, taking full ownership of production planning, manufacturing processes, and overall facility management. Key responsibilities include overseeing the installation and optimization of the sorting lines and melting furnaces. You will be tasked with ensuring strict adherence to ADC12 chemical composition standards, optimizing fuel efficiency and machine uptime, maintaining robust safety and compliance standards, and recruiting and supervising the core plant staff. This role requires strong leadership and strategic decision-making to drive continuous improvement and meet ambitious production targets from day one.

Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Proven track record in Plant Management and Plant Operations, specifically within secondary aluminum smelting, non-ferrous scrap processing, or die-casting alloy production.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Manufacturing Operations, particularly managing Zorba/scrap sorting lines and melting operations.
• Project Experience: Prior experience executing a greenfield or brownfield setup—including layout optimization and utility planning—is highly preferred.
• Planning & Optimization: Strong skills in Production Planning, process optimization, and implementing preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Leadership & Safety: Demonstrated ability to build, train, and lead high-performing teams while implementing rigorous safety and compliance standards in a heavy industrial setting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ground-up environment.
