Industry: Rigid Packaging Manufacturing

Aurafest Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Plant HR Manager for one of our esteemed clients in the Rigid Packaging Manufacturing industry.

Key Requirements:

✅ 8–15 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment

✅ 5–8 years of experience in Plant HR operations

✅ Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relations

✅ Experience in Recruitment, Payroll Coordination, Employee Engagement, Performance Management & HR Operations

✅ Preferred industry exposure: Rigid Packaging, Plastics, Paper, FMCG, Printing & Packaging, or Process Manufacturing

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)
