Plant Controller

Salary: $130k-$150k + bonus

We're looking for an experienced Plant Controller to lead all financial operations at our Dayton, OH facility — from monthly forecasting and budget management to team leadership and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, annual profit plans, and variance reporting
• Oversee accounts payable, capital assets, general ledger, and standard cost systems
• Manage and develop the accounting department — hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Monitor plant performance and inventories against established objectives
• Coordinate budgets and maintain financial planning and control procedures
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to Plant Manager and leadership team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Controller or senior accounting/finance role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, analysis, and compensation laws
• Proficiency in ERP
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information
