Role Overview

Company is seeking a Planning Manager to oversee project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for large-scale commercial and institutional construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules

Monitor project progress and identify potential delays

Analyze timelines and recommend corrective actions

Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure timely execution

Must Have Requirements

Strong expertise in Planning Management for construction projects

Hands-on experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) coordination and planning

Proven background in Commercial Real Estate projects (commercial & institutional developments)

Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera and/or MS Project

Ability to manage schedules, track progress, and mitigate delays through data-driven analysis

Qualifications & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Proven experience in project planning for commercial and institutional projects

Proficiency in Primavera and/or MS Project
