Job Description

Role Summary

Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls for large-scale commercial, hospitality, residential, villa, township, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects. Ensure timely delivery through effective schedule management, progress tracking, delay analysis, recovery planning, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project from mobilization to handover.
Monitor project progress, identify delays, and drive corrective and recovery actions.
Coordinate with execution, design, procurement, QS, quality teams, and consultants for seamless delivery.
Prepare MIS dashboards, progress reports, look-ahead plans, and project performance updates.
Establish project controls processes to improve schedule predictability and delivery outcomes.

An analytical and execution-focused planning professional with strong project controls expertise, capable of managing complex real estate projects and driving planning discipline across stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring
Primavera P6 / MS Project expertise
Critical path analysis and recovery planning
Progress measurement and reporting
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience

B.E. Civil (NICMAR / Construction Management preferred)
7–15 years of experience in project planning and controls
Experience in residential, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate developments
Exposure to reputed developers, PMCs, and end-to-end project lifecycle preferred
