Role Description

Saudi Tashyeed Company is seeking a Planning Engineer for a full-time on-site position located in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project schedules, tracking construction progress, and supporting the project team in maintaining project timelines.

The role includes developing baseline schedules, updating project progress, preparing reports, and coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that project activities are aligned with the approved schedule.

The Planning Engineer will also support the project team in analyzing delays and preparing recovery plans when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
• Strong experience using Primavera P6
• Experience in preparing baseline schedules and periodic schedule updates
• Ability to monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Experience in delay analysis and recovery planning
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience working on construction and contracting projects
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred
