Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Placement and Internship Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully placing students in internships and career opportunities, particularly in fields such as banking, finance and capital markets. The role requires a deep understanding of the industry landscape, strong relationships with corporate partners, and the ability to guide and mentor students throughout their academic and professional journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Explore and develop corporate connects for banking, finance and capital markets
2. Liaise with companies and recruiters for relationship with JGU
3. Maintain and update placement and internship related data for the assigned School
4. Develop and maintain relationships with industry professional for guest sessions
5. Track and report on placement and internship statistics including job offers and other related information
6. prepare reports and presentations of placement and internship activities
7. Plan and attend meetings with faculty and students from the School
8. Communicate with students regarding relevant information about OCS activities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree
• 3+ years of working experience
• Strong understanding of industry trends and employer requirements in the relevant sectors.
• Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry professionals.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• A proactive, student-focused approach with the ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic
