Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Placement Intern role located in Kochi. The Placement Intern will assist in coordinating and executing recruitment activities, support students in securing opportunities, and maintain relationships with potential employers. Daily tasks will include providing training sessions, offering customer service support to trainees, collaborating with teams to manage placement processes, and analyzing data to improve strategies for student placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and improve placement strategies
• Excellent communication skills to interact with trainees and external stakeholders effectively
• Experience in customer service to address trainee and employer concerns professionally
• Ability to assist in training and support recruitment activities for placement programs
• Team collaboration and organizational skills to efficiently manage placement processes
• Proficiency in MS Office or relevant tools for documentation and reporting
• Previous exposure to training or recruiting environments would be an advantage
• Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred
