Job Type: ExperiencedJob responsibilities:

• Create and update KX records
• Experience in working on customized code, User interface/user experience, Search optimization (promoted results, cards)
• Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision
• Ability to productively manage and work within a virtual team
• Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate.
• Suggest practical solutions and partner with Global customer/stakeholders to implement the solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment

• Familiarity with Thought Leadership/Insights process
• Basic technical skills/programming knowledge – SP (2010, SPO), HTML, CSS, InfoPath, jQuery
• Masters required (MBA/PGDM/MA)
  
  

Other requisite skills:

• Strong knowledge of Content Management platforms such as SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Showcase strong understanding of content management life cycle, client confidentiality, taxonomy, search and content archival policy
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in MS Office suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access
• Post content to the web portal as per the taxonomy, tag content, and archive content.
• Derive insights and develop client recommendations
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design solutions
• Collaborate with US Senior Knowledge Managers and USI Knowledge Services colleagues in developing/maintaining knowledge repositories with aligned specific intellectual properties (internal and external)
• Search the database to ensure submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal.
• Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content within the portal
• Follow Deloitte standards for creating HTML pages
