Job Description

Role : Physiotherapy TL – Homecare & Clinic, Gurgaon

Location : Gurgaon

Department : Homecare Medanta


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of homecare and clinic physiotherapy services
  • Plan and Mange rosters, shifts, leave planning, and replacements
  • Ensure optimal therapist utilization and service continuity
  • Handle patient, therapist, and doctor escalations
  • Coordinate with OCC, billing, sales, and operations teams
  • Meet, coordinate, and act as the key liaison with hospital doctors and clinical staff for patient discussions, therapy planning, referrals, and treatment alignment
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, documentation, and quality standards
  • Conduct clinic and field visits to monitor service quality and therapist performance
  • Ensure compliance with clinical SOPs and safety guidelines
  • Support internal audits, clinical reviews, and compliance checks
  • Prepare and share regular MIS and reports on operations, utilization, escalations, and performance
  • Support onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of physiotherapy staff
  • Ensuring Physiotherapy Documentation compliance


Eligibility & Experience:

  • BPT – Mandatory | MPT – Preferred
  • 7–10 years of experience in hospital and/or homecare physiotherapy
  • Strong Clinical judgement
  • Prior experience in team handling is preferred
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary clinical teams
