Position Overview

We are hiring a Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer) with a background in Physiotherapy.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness, rehabilitation, and client wellness, with the ability to conduct safe and personalized Pilates sessions for individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions.
• Assess clients’ fitness and physical condition.
• Develop personalized exercise and rehabilitation programs.
• Ensure proper posture, alignment, and injury prevention.
• Monitor client progress and modify programs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe studio environment.
• Build strong client relationships and provide motivation and support.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) or related field.
• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer).
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury modification.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Passion for fitness and client well-being.
