Physiotherapist

Relife Development Center for Children and Adults is dedicated to empowering children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special needs through comprehensive therapy and education. By utilizing playful learning and innovative therapeutic approaches, we support each child’s unique developmental journey. Our services include Autism Spectrum Disorder Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, ABA Therapy, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Special Education. This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist based in Vadodara. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing tailored therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, physical function, and overall well-being for children and adults with diverse needs. They will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, provide one-on-one sessions, maintain detailed documentation of treatment plans, and engage with family members to ensure continuity of care and progress tracking.

• Possess expertise in physical assessment, therapeutic intervention planning, and implementation
• Proficiency in therapy techniques such as motor skills development, muscular strength building, and range-of-motion exercises
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Advanced understanding of special needs conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Ability to manage and monitor treatment plans while maintaining organized documentation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
• Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable
• Empathy, patience, and dedication to improving the quality of life for patients
• Relevant licensure or certification to practice physiotherapy
