Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Academic Delivery

Deliver advanced classroom sessions covering the complete JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET Physics syllabus for Classes XI & XII.
Teach Foundation Physics (Classes IX & X) with emphasis on concept building, logical reasoning, and Olympiad/JEE Foundation preparation.
Simplify complex Physics concepts through visualization, derivations, numerical applications, and real-life problem-solving approaches.

Curriculum Development

Design annual academic planners, chapter-wise teaching schedules, revision plans, and learning pathways.
Develop high-quality study material, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), assignments, worksheets, and revision modules.
Create advanced question banks covering NCERT, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, KVPY/Olympiad-level concepts (where applicable).

Assessment & Performance Analytics

Design and evaluate topic-wise tests, cumulative assessments, full-length mock examinations, and All India Test Series.
Perform detailed error analysis and student performance analytics to identify conceptual gaps.
Develop personalized improvement plans based on student performance metrics.

Academic Mentorship

Mentor students on examination strategy, time management, question selection, and rank improvement.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision workshops, and crash courses before examinations.
Guide academically gifted students for high-rank achievement while supporting average learners through structured intervention plans.

Academic Excellence

Continuously benchmark teaching methodology with evolving JEE/NEET examination patterns.
Contribute to curriculum innovation, faculty development initiatives, and academic quality enhancement.
Participate in parent counselling, academic review meetings, and student performance discussions.
