Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee the development of high-quality PHP Laravel applications, ensuring they meet both business requirements and technical specifications.
Design and implement scalable architecture to support application growth, optimizing for performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Manage project timelines, ensuring features are delivered on schedule while upholding quality and performance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during both development and deployment, maintaining project momentum.
Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices, promoting high-quality output across the team.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative solutions into the development process to improve application functionality.
Encourage a collaborative team environment, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing to achieve collective project success.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, enhancing their technical skills and supporting their career development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development, with a focus on Laravel.
Strong expertise in database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API development.
Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD methodologies.
Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their interaction with backend systems.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results in a collaborative environment.
